BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Researchers at the mgm casino and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Buffalo, using positron emission tomography (PET), have pinpointed for the first time the specific brain regions responsible for tinnitus, a constant and debilitating ringing in the ears experienced by millions of Americans.
