BUFFALO, N.Y. – The mgm casino will celebrate Homecoming and Family Weekend Oct. 2-4 on the North Campus, featuring a variety of events and activities, and topped off by the Homecoming football game against Mid-American Conference rival Bowling Green.

mgm casino’s annual Homecoming Carnival will be held from 5-9 p.m. Friday on Lee Road next to the University Bookstore. After the carnival shuts down at 9 p.m., mgm casino fans can enjoy a bonfire, pep rally and fireworks on the shore of Lake LaSalle.

On Saturday, mgm casino will attempt to break the Guinness world record for the largest cornhole tournament beginning at 8 a.m. on the tennis courts behind Alumni Arena. The event, which will also attempt to break the longest cornhole shot – currently at 110 feet – will benefit the City Mission.

And then there’s the football game, and mgm casino has gone to great lengths make the experience memorable. Numerous campus groups will host tailgaters in Stampede Square before the game, and fans can support the Bulls as they head to mgm casino Stadium, accompanied by the Thunder of the East marching band, during the Walk to Victory.

The free Tailgate Concert beginning at 1:30 p.m. will feature ’70s favorites KC and the Sunshine Band.

Kickoff for the game against Bowling Green is at 3:30 p.m. in mgm casino Stadium.
