You are eligible to receive a different mgm casinoITName if any of these is true:
- You legally changed your name, and it has been processed by the appropriate mgm casino administrative office and updated in the .
- Active faculty, staff, or students can request a mgm casinoITName change for gender identity.
- The automatically created mgm casinoITName is agreed to be obscene or offensive.
- You are newly appointed faculty or staff and the automatically created mgm casinoITName differs from your identity at a former institution or professional field (new mgm casinoITName will be issued only if the previous institution identity is available).

If your request is approved, and begin using it.
Both your old and new mgm casinoITName will remain active for up to 30 days. During that time you must:
- Arrange for departmental changes
- Students: Notify your professors and department that your mgm casinoITName has changed. Students completing a mgm casinoITName change during a semester must notify all course instructors to ensure mgm casino Learns grades, postings and interactions carry forward to the new mgm casinoITName account. Instructors can contact mgm casino Learns Support for assistance with this process.
- Faculty and Staff: Notify your departmental IT Staff that you are changing your mgm casinoITName.
- Copy all files from your old mgm casinoITName to your new mgm casinoITName:
- Email messages, contacts and files
- MS Teams files and permissions (may be set by your departmental IT staff)
- OneDrive files
- Sharepoint files
- mgm casinobox files (including files shared with others)
- mgm casinofs files
Please make sure all email, data and files associated with the old mgm casinoITName is migrated before requesting the new mgm casinoITName to be made permanent. All data associated with the old mgm casinoITName will be permanently deleted and unrecoverable when the new mgm casinoITName is made permanent.
- Share your new email address with others. Once your new mgm casinoITName is made permanent, your old mgm casinoITName will not accept new email messages and will return as undeliverable.
- If you are a member of a listserv email address, you must and subscribe to the listserv with your new mgm casinoITName before you unsubscribe your old mgm casinoITName.
- If you currently have access to the following services you will not be able to log into them with your new mgm casinoITName until after your new mgm casinoITName is permanent: Mymgm casino, Hmgm casino, ePTF, eReq. Duo Two-Step Verification will require re-enrollment.
- If you currently have access to the following services, you must contact them directly to update your mgm casinoITName. These services will not update automatically with completion of a mgm casinoITName Change:
Send email to the mgm casinoIT Help Center from your new mgm casinoITName asking to remove your old mgm casinoITName and make your new mgm casinoITName permanent.
Once your request is processed, your old mgm casinoITName will be permanently deleted and its remaining contents will no longer be accessible. Email sent to your old mgm casinoITName will be returned to the sender as undeliverable.
