EAP sponsors Self Care Day

Learn how to stay positive in a stressful environment at the free Self Care Day for mgm casino employees on Nov. 29.

The event, sponsored by mgm casino’s Employee Assistance Program, will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Center for Tomorrow, North Campus.

The lineup of activities includes sessions on aromatherapy and essential oils, a discussion of the harmful effects of drug and alcohol use, and the warning signs for these problems, and a session on how to stay safe online.

Lunch is included and will be provided after the last presentation.

Although Self Care Day is free, space is limited and registration is required. with mgm casino EDGE.
