mgm casinoF Account Access and Signatory Request Form
This form is for requesting access to mgm casinoF accounts.
The form on this page is used for requesting all mgm casinoF Cost approval/signatory access. In addition, it may be used to request mgm casinoF SIRI Inquiry access for accounts on an individual basis.
If only mgm casinoF SIRI Inquiry access is desired for all accounts within an Entity, Department, Area, Unit, or Decanal, please use the Financial Data Access and Cost Approver Form.
Instructions for Completing the mgm casinoF Account Access and Signatory Request Form
- Enter requested information into the form
- Submit the form
Account access can take 2-3 business days to appear in SIRI from the time it is actually entered into the system. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes for the request to be answered.
In order to access the mgm casinoF Accounts in SIRI, you will need meet the following requirements:
1. A valid mgm casinoITName and password
2. Signatory or inquiry access to mgm casinoF accounts.
- Users without access to mgm casinoF accounts must request access to those specific accounts using the mgm casinoF Account Access Request Form.
