The university has set in place multiple FedEx accounts for many departments,  however if your department is in need of a FedEx departmental account please e-mail the following information to mgm casinoConsolidatedBilling@buffalo.edu :

• Department Name
• Building and Room
• City, State, Zip
• Contact Name
• Contact Phone Number
• Contact E-mail

Many users can be tied to the same departmental FedEx account.  In order to request a new user to be added to your existing FedEx account please e-mail the below information to mgm casinoConsolidatedBilling@buffalo.edu :

• FedEx Account number (if available)
  
• Name (First and Last)
• Campus Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Default Account Number (to be used if no account number is provided in a shipment)
  

Once the new user is set up they will receive a welcome e-mail with their login information and helpful links.

All billings will be processed through a consolidated billing process through Business Services.  Any mgm casino Account can be used when creating a shipment,  this includes State, Research Foundation (RF) or mgm casino Foundation (mgm casinoF) accounts.
