Convert an Estimate Quote to an Order or Cancel Quote

After you generate an estimate quote in the Print Services Ordering System, you may convert your quote to an order, or cancel your quote.

How to Convert an Estimate Quote to an Order or Cancel Quote

1. Log in to Print Services Ordering System

Go to .
From the main navigation menu click My Orders. The My Orders screen displays. (Figure 1)

2. View Order Details

In your table of orders, locate the quote of interest, then in the View column click the View link. The Order Detail for the selected order displays. (Figure 2)
- In the Status column, orders are recognizable as a quote because the Status will display Quote Only.

3. Cancel Quote or Convert Quote to an Order

Act on the quote as preferred (Figure 3):

To Cancel Quote: Click the Cancer Order button and confirm you want to cancel; the quote is deleted. Cancelled quotes are deleted entirely and cannot be retrieved!
To Convert a Quote to Order: Click the Submit Order button and confirm you want to submit the order; the quote is converted to an order.

Before you Submit Order for a quote, make sure it is a complete order! Quotes can be generated without attaching files, so if your order should have a file attachment, or any other part of the quote needs to be updated, make those revisions before you submit to avoid delays in order processing.
