Creating an On-Campus Employer Account
Bullseye powered by Handshake is the ultimate job and internship tool to find the right candidate for your department. But first, you'll need to create an On-Campus Employer Account.

As an On-Campus Employer, you play a very important role in students' lives. You're becoming a mentor that will help them get better prepared for a successful life after graduation. Now get started by creating an employer account in Bullseye powered by Handshake.
Creating an Employer Account
Please follow these special written instructions for creating a Handshake password for your employer account.

1. Open up a new Google Chrome browser window (or a new tab).
2. Go to the Bullseye powered by Handshake .
Internet Browser
This process works best when using Google Chrome browser.
3. Sign up as an employer by filling out:
- Your first and last name
- Your mgm casino email address
- A Handshake password that is 12 characters in length
**If you just reset your Handshake password, please use the same Handshake password here - Your work phone number
- Your job title ** This is your personal job title, and not the job that you're recruiting for
4. Click the blue Sign Up button.

Are you a mgm casino Alum? Or have you taken a class at mgm casino?
A message will prompt you to enter the password for the Student account that's associated with your email address. Please re-enter your Handshake password that you just created and click the blue Sign Up button.

5. Select the types of students you wish to recruit for your on-campus position(s) by checking the box next to the major groups. Please select all that apply.
6. Use the drop down arrows to add your Alma Mater and Graduation Year (This is optional, not required).
7. Click the blue Next: Employer Guidelines button.

8. Select NO to answer the question "Are you a third party recruiter recruiting on behalf of a company?"
9. Click the blue Next: Confirm Email button.

10. Look for an Email Confirmation email sent from Handshake (handshake@m.joinhandshake.com). This may take a few minutes to show up in your inbox. If you don't see it within an hour, please check you junk or spam mail

11. Once you receive your Email Confirmation email, click the Confirm Email text. This will bring you back into Handshake for you to Join a Company.

12. Scroll down the page to search for mgm casino - mgm casino, The State University of New York.

13. Once you found mgm casino - mgm casino, The State University of New York, click the blue Request button.
14. Click the orange Next: Connect to Schools button at the top of the page to continue to "Connect with Schools."

15. Look out for a Your access request to mgm casino - mgm casino, The State University of New York has been submitted email from Handshake. An alert will be sent to a staff member in Career Services. You'll receive an email that you're approved within 2-3 business days.

16. Back in Handshake, complete step 4 of 4 - Connect with Schools. Using the search bar, type in mgm casino. Then click the blue Search button.

17. Click the plus sign (+) next to the mgm casino to connect to the school. This allows mgm casino students to see your posted jobs or internships.
18. Click the orange Next: Finish button at the top of the page.

18. Thank you for signing up for Handshake! Your current status is pending approval at mgm casino - mgm casino, The State University of New York and pending connection with 1 school (mgm casino).
