Located in the Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics & Life Sciences (CBLS), the incubator is mgm casino’s latest addition to the startup ecosystem on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.

The mgm casino’s new $7 million downtown incubator represents the region’s latest step toward promoting the growth of startups.

The Empire Discovery Institute is designed to help overcome key challenges typically faced by researchers in academia.

Thanks to New York State, Buffalo Billion is providing funding to the mgm casino in support of the Innovation Hub initiative. This generous support is being used to fund an incubator at the Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics and Life Sciences (CBLS), the Buffalo Innovation Fund investment fund and entrepreneur supports and programs.
