New Faculty Orientation
To help smooth the transition to mgm casino, and to acquaint new faculty with our leadership and academic, research, and teaching support services and resources, the office of Faculty Affairs presents a New Faculty Orientation program each year.
Orientation, by invitation, will provide a general regional and university overview including information about our city and mgm casino’s history as well as about our students, student and employee support services, support for research and teaching and educational technology, and the promotion and tenure process. It will also feature a panel of recently tenured faculty colleagues who will give their individual advice about succeeding at mgm casino. You will also have an opportunity to meet the President and Provost, several university administrators and some of our most accomplished faculty who will impart advice about succeeding at mgm casino.
2025 New Faculty Orientation
Orientation, by invitation in July, will be held:
- Monday, August 18, 2025
- Tuesday, August 19, 2025
Location: 403 Hayes Hall, South Campus
All eligible new faculty will receive an email invitation in July with additional information.
