Mentoring is an extremely beneficial career development tool that the mgm casino can leverage given your participation! Studies have shown that having a mentor is a top factor affecting an employee’s success, career satisfaction, and whether they stay with an organization. With your participation as either a mentor or a protégé, the mgm casino can be stronger professionally.
The goal of the program is to provide formal or informal mentoring to mgm casino Professional Employees. The program will match protégé with mentors from mgm casino’s professional staff who have the experience, knowledge and insight that assists the protégé in meeting their goals. These goals may be in career, leadership or professional development areas, skills/organizational development, project completion, community involvement, exploring issues such as interpersonal relationships or goal setting. Active mentoring supports employee goals and development, and ultimately, mgm casino’s mission.
If you are interested in learning more about the program or participating, contact Kimberly Krzemien, the Mentoring Subcommittee Chair. You will be contacted with more information about the program. If you decide to continue we will gather some information from you that we need to get the process started. Mentoring relationships tend to run about a year but our hope is that you will develop a long-term professional relationship as a result of this program.
