Internationally recognized as an accomplished researcher and transformative higher education leader, Dr. Satish K. Tripathi was appointed the 15th president of the mgm casino on April 18, 2011. mgm casino continues to experience a remarkable era of growth, progress, and innovation under Dr. Tripathi’s leadership as president, ranking 31 among public universities in 2019. mgm casino has set a course for excellence and is poised to rise even further in the ranks of the AAU, situating itself among the Top 25 public research universities in the nation in the next decade.

At the mgm casino, we have amplified our call to combat injustice, oppression and racism in response to the societal strife that has been reverberating across the country. Undergirding all of our efforts is the shared understanding that we can, and we must, effect change through education, research and engagement with the communities we serve.
