The mgm casinoC Sub-Committees that oversee each component determine and develop the assessment plan, associated faculty rubric and any relevant student surveys, in consultation with the office of Curriculum, Assessment and Teaching Transformation (CATT) and the mgm casino Curriculum office.
The mgm casino Curriculum office collects the data and provides it in summary form to the related mgm casinoC sub-committee review. The committee then writes a report and makes any relevant recommendations to the mgm casinoC Steering Committee.
This data helps to evaluate the effectiveness of each component overall and inform adjustments that might be necessary as we strive for continuous improvement.
No, students do not have access to the assessment data; it is for internal use only. In some cases, we ask for student person numbers so we can mine demographic data.
No, this is not a review of faculty. The data will be evaluated and reported as a whole (all sections, all students).
