Set up call forwarding

Automatically forward all incoming calls from your mgm casino phone by setting a forward in the Self-Care Portal.

Instructions

  2. Select the desired line from the left-hand pane.
  3. Under Phones  > Call Forwarding, click the check box to forward all calls to.
  4. Choose either Voicemail or Add a New Number and fill in the desired forwarding destination. 
  5. Click Save.

To cancel call forwarding, repeat the steps above but deselect the forwarding option.
