    • Faculty and Staff: Your complete @buffalo.edu email address 
    • Graduate students and exception accounts: Your exception account user ID imediately followed by @itorg.ad.buffalo.edu (e.g., oss1.jdoe@itorg.ad.buffalo.edu)  
  4. Enter:
    • Faculty and Staff: Your mgm casinoITName Password 
    • Graduate students and exception accounts: Exception account password 
  5. Click Login.

The Personal Communications Assistant (PCA)

What it's used for

  • Messaging Assistant - Personalize your recorded greetings and message delivery options, or set up message notification devices and create Private Lists
  • Web Inbox - Manage your personal mgm casino voicemails

Logging in
